We are having so much fun watching our eggs hatch and learning about the life cycle of a chicken.

Last week we had a “Book Tasting” in our classroom.  Each student created and shared a book review of their favorite book.  We also watched book trailers for new books that we have in our classroom.  This was a great opportunity to foster a love of reading.  Each student completed a “menu” of books that their friends shared that sounded interesting to them.

Due to the recent wet weather we will be hunting our Easter Eggs on the tennis courts.  If you would like to help hide eggs or make plates, please arrive at 11:30.  Our party will begin at 12:00 with our egg hunt first, followed by snacks in the classroom.

Please send your child’s 12 eggs in the morning if you have not already done so.

Also, the last day to turn in class book or scholastic book orders is tomorrow.
